This was so simple & easy to follow. I feel like there is so much to learn when it comes to pregnancy and exercise but you really break it down. I feel confident following your sequences and guidelines. I've been to some classes recently but didn't feel like the instructor knew how to modify for me - so having the knowledge from your guide has been amazing.
